Hi, I'm Angela.
I am the founder of Panacea Play Therapy Ltd.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children and their families. I have been lucky enough to work with children therapeutically since 2014, when I started my training to become a play therapist.
Qualifications
My qualifications include:
Post Qualifying Supervisor of Play and Creative Arts Therapist
Post Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy
Post Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Play Skills
BSc (H) Psychology
I am a member of PTUK and I am on the Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists.
Additional qualifications:
Parent-Child Attachment Play Practitioner
Specialisms
I am a trauma informed practitioner, where I have undertaken specific training to ensure that I can support children who have experienced significant trauma. I incorporate this knowledge and skills into my play therapy sessions.
I have been working with children who live in local authority care for over 15 years. I am able to comfortably work with children and their birth families, as well as their foster family and professionals.
